The Degrowth Movement’s Erasure of Working Class Struggle

Cover: Byron Bay is a retreat for upper middle class hippies, wellness consumerists and cultural appropriation grifters on the northern coast of New South Wales, Australia. Possibly one of the yuppiest and most lost up its own upper-middle-class rectum spots in the country after Sydney and Canberra. Anything anyone in this town is prepared to touch is the benchmark for middle-class respectability. The Australian Greens are as bourgeois as everything they claim to oppose. This possibly has something to do with their ongoing lack of electoral viability.
